概 要：背景磁場をもつコンパクト空間上の高次元理論から導かれる ４次元模型の素粒子現象論的な性質を議論する。この模型は、 超弦理論の低エネルギー有効理論として考えられるが、背景 磁場の導入により、カイラルな４次元理論の導出を可能にし、 また、コンパクト空間内のゼロモードの波動関数が準局在し ているために、興味ある物理が実現される。 このセミナーでは、４次元模型のスペクトル、湯川結合など の有効理論の計算手法、またこの模型がもつ離散的フレーバ ー対称性などを議論する。
Gribov-Zwanziger theory, Kugo-Ojima color confinement
& ghost and gluon propagators

概 要：We discuss how the existence of the Gribov horizon affects the deep infrared dynamics of SU(N) Yang-Mills theory in the Landau gauge. (1) We prove that the Faddeev-Popov-ghost dressing function is non-zero and finite in the limit of vanishing momentum and the ghost propagator behaves like free in the deep infrared regime. (2) The Kugo-Ojima color confinement criterion is not satisfied in its naive form u(0)=-1. Rather, we find u(0)=-2/3. (3) We give a nilpotent BRST like symmetry in the Gribov-Zwanziger theory.
